Job Description
A leading training provider is seeking a passionate Safety Trainer to facilitate safety training programs in Pretoria. You will be responsible for developing engaging content and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideally, we are looking for someone with significant experience in workplace safety and a knack for creating interactive training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative training methods for safety education.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively.
- Evaluate and recommend safety equipment and resources.
- Collaborate with external training partners when necessary.
- Document and report on training progress and outcomes.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management
- Additional safety training certifications will be advantageous
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a safety training role
