Responsibilities

  • Supervise hotel staff and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather feedback.
  • Plan and coordinate hotel operations for peak periods.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain property standards and ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
  • Work with the management team to develop strategic plans.
  • Promote a culture of hospitality and excellence among staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in a hotel environment
