Job Description

As a Child, Family, and School Social Worker, you will coordinate community outreach programmes, directly impacting the lives of children and their families. Your role will involve assessing needs, providing support, and advocating for vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with schools to provide counselling and support for students facing difficulties.
• Conduct home visits to assess family dynamics and needs.
• Build strong relationships with community members and organisations.
• Provide crisis intervention services and resources for families in need.
• Stay updated on legislation and policies affecting child welfare and community development.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
• Master's degree in Social Work preferred

• Experience working with children and families in a social services context
