Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will be responsible for conducting compliance audits, developing compliance protocols, and providing recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate compliance initiatives across departments to enhance overall compliance culture.
• Develop metrics to measure compliance effectiveness and report to senior management.
• Craft compliance communications and updates for internal distribution.
• Oversee onboarding training for new employees on compliance protocols.
• Facilitate external compliance audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote compliance awareness and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Advanced compliance certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive compliance experience
