Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fishing Floats Assembler to join our production team in Cape Town. The role focuses on assembling fishing floats according to strict product specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assembly efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly line
• Support inventory management through accurate reporting
• Develop understanding of the materials and products being assembled
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production progress
• Assist with general housekeeping of the work environment

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Technical certification preferred

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
