Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Act as a mentor for new team members and share knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with potential candidates for future roles.
• Review and update job postings to ensure they are appealing and accurate.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Master's degree or specialization in HR management is preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar recruitment role

Technical Skills

• Social media recruiting expertise
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools

Certifications

Languages
