Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment strategy for diverse positions across multiple sectors.
• Work closely with management to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and evaluate candidates' suitability.
• Maintain data records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
• Foster a strong employer brand through engaging recruitment campaigns.
• Provide training to junior recruiters and hiring personnel.
• Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Master's degree or specialization in HR management is preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar recruitment role
