Job Description

We are on the lookout for dedicated Production Workers who will be instrumental in the fiberglass manufacturing process. As part of our team, you will operate and maintain equipment, ensuring that production lines run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds by applying release agents and other coatings.
• Measure and mix fiberglass materials and catalysts according to specifications.
• Lay down fiberglass materials in molds, ensuring proper placement and consistency.
• Trim excess materials and smooth edges using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficiency in production.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation.
• Document production activities and material usage for compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in manufacturing or related field is preferred
• Experience with CNC machines is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in fiberglass molding or composite material production

Technical Skills

• Experience with composite materials
• Quality control processes

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations: Understanding industry regulations and safety protocols in manufacturing.
• Experience with quality control processes: Familiarity with inspections and testing methods to ensure product quality.
