Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage various HR functions in Port Elizabeth. This role requires a proactive thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for employee development. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, facilitating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment drives and job fairs to attract talent.
  • Draft and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Provide insights on HR best practices to management.
  • Assist with employee wellness programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and report on trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Postgraduate degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment
