Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Diversity and Inclusion Officer to lead our initiatives in promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment. You'll implement programs that encourage diversity and inclusion, engage with stakeholders, and support a culture of respect. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of diversity issues and the ability to affect positive change within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to identify diversity goals.
• Lead focus groups and workshops that promote inclusivity.
• Research best practices in diversity and inclusion and recommend enhancements.
• Create a safe environment for employees to express their experiences and concerns.
• Evaluate current organizational policies and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or related field

Certifications

• Diversity and Inclusion Certificate
• HR Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with data analysis regarding diversity metrics: Capable of measuring and analyzing the impact of diversity initiatives.
• Familiarity with labor laws related to diversity and inclusion: Knowledgeable of laws that ensure workplace equality.
