Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our dedicated team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers and excels in problem-solving. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Provide technical support and guidance when necessary.
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Ensure follow-ups with customers until their issues are resolved.
  • Assist in developing training materials for new team members.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer support processes.
  • Monitor and report on service level agreements.
  • Maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate required
  • Diploma or degree in a related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer service environment preferred
