Job Description

Join our Pretoria office as a Customer Success Manager. You will be key in building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services and lead successful implementations of our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer success initiatives that drive product adoption and renewal.
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product improvements and enhancements.
  • Provide insights to the product team based on customer needs and challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to educate customers on product value.
  • Monitor and report on customer engagement and retention metrics.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Assist in developing customer success strategies to increase retention rates.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Customer Relationship Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 4+ years in a customer-focused role with a proven track record of success
