Responsibilities
Lead customer success initiatives that drive product adoption and renewal.
Gather customer feedback to influence product improvements and enhancements.
Provide insights to the product team based on customer needs and challenges.
Facilitate workshops and presentations to educate customers on product value.
Monitor and report on customer engagement and retention metrics.
Coordinate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Assist in developing customer success strategies to increase retention rates.
Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Customer Relationship Management or equivalent
Experience
4+ years in a customer-focused role with a proven track record of success
