Responsibilities

• Performing detailed patient assessments and developing care plans
• Administering treatment and medication according to protocols
• Educating patients and families about health management
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Documenting patient interactions in medical records
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Managing care transitions and providing follow-up care
• Participating in staff meetings and contributing ideas for patient care strategies
• Leading patient care education sessions
• Staying current with medical advancements and policies

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner program) preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

• BLS and ACLS certifications: Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications are preferred.
