Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Pretoria to ensure the safety and functionality of aircraft. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for conducting inspections, servicing aircraft, and executing repair tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems and troubleshooting techniques, working to uphold our commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance schedules and ensure all records are updated.
• Work closely with other departments to facilitate seamless operations.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians and interns.
• Evaluate third-party service vendors for compliance with company standards.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed on time and to high standards.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aviation Maintenance or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a similar field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance operations

Certifications

• FAA Certified Airframe and Powerplant License
