Job Description

We are seeking a Bowling Alley Attendant to ensure the smooth operation of our facility while providing friendly service to our guests. Key responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining bowling equipment, and promoting our food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lane setups and ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Help customers learn the rules of bowling and provide scoring assistance.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accurate transaction records.
• Conduct regular inspections of the bowling area for cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff for food and beverage services.
• Organize special events and tournaments at the bowling alley.
• Participate in staff training and meetings as required.
• Foster a friendly atmosphere for guests and promote repeat business.
• Collect feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new customers.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or leisure management are advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a bowling alley or leisure environment is beneficial.
