Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our HR policies align with best practices and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
• Advise management on employee relations and performance issues.
• Implement and monitor compliance with workplace policies and procedures.
• Participate in developing and implementing training programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage HR databases and keep employee records up to date.
• Ensure timely reporting and tracking of HR metrics.
• Engage employees through activities that enhance morale and productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in human resources management
