Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care while attending to patients' needs.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Administer intravenous treatments and injections with precision.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Participate in training and orientation for new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the development of evidence-based care pathways.
• Assist with care coordination and follow-up for discharged patients.
• Facilitate patient referrals to other healthcare providers.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Advantageous

• Experience in Critical Care or Emergency Medicine: Ideal candidates should have experience working in fast-paced environments, such as ICUs or trauma units.
• BLS Certification: Advanced training in Basic Life Support (BLS) is an added advantage.
