Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training programs. The role requires a strong understanding of various learning methodologies and the ability to drive organizational learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze employee performance data to improve training effectiveness.
• Develop innovative training solutions using blended learning principles.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with training goals.
• Create a mentorship program to assist in employee development.
• Manage the LMS (Learning Management System) for recording training activities.
• Create culture-specific content to resonate with the local workforce.
• Present training results and improvements in management meetings.
• Foster partnerships with educational institutions for ongoing learning.
• Research and implement best practices in training and development.
• Encourage feedback from training participants to refine future programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology or Education
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in Learning and Development or corporate training fields
