Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing products for potential improvements.
  • Implement new processing and preservation techniques.
  • Assist in conducting consumer taste tests and surveys.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to select high-quality ingredients.
  • Develop labeling and nutritional information for new products.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing research outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe laboratory and working environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field
  • Master's degree in Food Science is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in the food industry, preferably in product development
