Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient conditions to inform treatment strategies.
• Design and implement appropriate therapeutic regimens.
• Work in collaboration with healthcare teams for holistic patient care.
• Guide patients through their therapeutic processes with empathy.
• Manage therapy equipment and ensure a safe environment.
• Keep thorough documentation of all patient interactions.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Engage patients in health-promoting behaviors.
• Promote patient-centered care principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Psychology
• Postgraduate training in relevant therapy field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working in patient-facing roles

• First Aid Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
