We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your expertise in employee relations and performance management will be vital in driving our human capital strategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills.
• Review and update HR policies to ensure best practices.
• Manage employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with management to understand HR needs.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and provide insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

• 5+ years in HR management or related fields

• Proficiency in performance management software: Experience using software tools for performance evaluations.
