Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with solutions provided.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues.
  • Manage customer accounts and update information as needed.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software effectively.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Advantageous

  • Proficiency in additional languages: Ability to converse in other languages like Zulu or Sotho is a plus.
