Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you'll oversee all HR functions in our Cape Town office. Your key responsibilities include talent management, employee relations, and driving organizational development while ensuring best practices in HR management.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement HR policies that promote positive employee relations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design workforce planning strategies.
  • Facilitate talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Establish a robust onboarding process for new hires to ensure they feel welcomed.
  • Implement programs to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Conduct exit interviews to understand reasons for employee turnover.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration in partnership with finance.
  • Develop and monitor compliance training programs.
  • Lead HR projects that support organizational change and transformation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in HR
