Job Description

As a Tech Support Specialist at Tech Service Solutions, you will be the first line of support for our clients. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting technical support.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certifications in IT support are a plus

  • 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a service desk environment
