• Liaise with government bodies regarding agricultural policies.
• Conduct workshops for farmers on new agricultural techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred
• Crop Management Expertise in managing crop production and understanding plant biology.
• Sustainable Practices Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and innovations.
• Farm Equipment Proficiency Skilled in operating and maintaining agricultural equipment.
• Leadership Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and drive performance.
• Communication Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
• English (Fluent)
