Job Description

As a Customer Support Consultant in Cape Town, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate our products and services. Your role will involve resolving customer issues and providing guidance to ensure an excellent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Guide customers in using our products effectively and help resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Provide insights to the product team based on customer feedback.
  • Work smoothly with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers.
  • Assist in developing FAQs and other support documentation for customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process enhancement discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support within the tech industry
