Responsibilities

  • Design and execute recruitment plans tailored to client requirements.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to select top candidates for roles.
  • Advise clients on market trends and strategies for attracting top talent.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows efficiently.
  • Support clients in the onboarding process by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Collect feedback from candidates and clients to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Organize recruitment events and job fairs to engage with potential candidates.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and candidate placements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment consultant role
