Job Description

Join us as a Learning and Development Specialist and take on the challenge of empowering our employees through innovative learning solutions. You will be responsible for nurturing talent, implementing learning plans, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs by conducting surveys and interviews.
• Lead training sessions, providing direction and support to attendees.
• Assist employees with individual development plans (IDP).
• Monitor and guide team collaboration during training events.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue and technology needs.
• Prepare reports on training participation and outcomes.
• Promote training initiatives through various internal communication methods.
• Engage with external training providers to enhance learning offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Learning and Development is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training or development roles

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Professional Training Certification
• Certified Trainer/Facilitator

Languages

• English: Fluent
