Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR Manager to lead our HR department in Pretoria. The successful candidate will implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the organization. The focus will be on developing and executing HR policies, employee relations, and staff development programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
• Implement succession planning and talent management strategies.
• Evaluate and update HR metrics to improve department efficiency.
• Create and manage budgets for recruitment and training.
• Provide advice to management on HR best practices and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Post-graduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
