We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in mechanical systems design, development, and analysis. You will be responsible for delivering innovative engineering solutions and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and requirements.
• Analyze product specifications, develop solutions, and execute designs.
• Implement project timelines and budget constraints.
• Communicate progress effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all engineering proposals are cost-effective and within budget.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Mechanical Systems Design

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
