Job Description

As an HR Generalist at our Johannesburg branch, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment efforts, and HR compliance. You will ensure that our HR policies are aligned with legal standards and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Maintain effective employee relations to support a positive workplace environment.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs.
  • Assist management in strategic workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a corporate environment
