You will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, representing them in court, and negotiating settlements. Responsibilities

• Advise clients on their rights and obligations in family law matters.
• Draft legal documents and contracts for family law cases.
• Appearing in court to advocate for clients' interests.
• Mediating disputes and facilitating negotiations between parties.
• Providing compassionate support to clients during challenging times.
• Staying informed about changes in family law legislation.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent law degree
• Admitted attorney in South Africa with a specialization in family law

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in family law practice

• Advanced Family Law Certification
