Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to manage customer inquiries and provide assistance with their concerns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support requests across multiple channels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer feedback and issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to improve support processes.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure resolution.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate plus relevant certifications
Experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with communication tools
  • Data entry and management
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Team player
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Basic
