Job Description

As a Fitness Trainer in Johannesburg, you will play a crucial role in transforming clients' lives through fitness. We're looking for passionate individuals who can inspire, motivate, and educate clients. You will conduct personal training sessions, create tailored fitness programs, and monitor clients' progress to help them achieve their fitness objectives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production methods and propose enhancements.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Work with suppliers to optimize material usage.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with IT to improve reporting and tracking systems.
• Prepare documentation for engineering standards and reviews.
• Engage in project planning and execution.
• Participate in training and development programs for junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering
