Responsibilities

• Perform routine surgeries and emergency procedures.
• Diagnose illnesses and provide treatment plans.
• Conduct preventive care and wellness exams.
• Maintain medical records and treatment documentation.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners about treatment options.
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff.
• Stay updated on veterinary practices and regulations.
• Conduct vaccinations and administer medications.
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up.
• Educate pet owners on proper pet care and nutrition.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Veterinary Science (BVSc)
• Additional certifications in animal behavior are a plus

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in veterinary medicine

Certifications

• Registered Veterinary Surgeon (RVS)
