Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with management to implement HR policies and ensure a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure quality hires.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide support on HR issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
