• Monitor project schedules and enforce quality control processes.
• Participate in site assessments and evaluations to determine feasibility.
• Draft proposals and collaborate on bids for new projects.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and project specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of architectural design experience

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Project Management Tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Interpersonal Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Landscape Design: Background knowledge or experience in landscape architecture.
• Proficiency in 3D Rendering: Ability to create 3D visualizations and renderings of designs.
