Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our Johannesburg store. You will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage financial aspects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store functions and effectively manage staff shifts.
  • Implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members for both personal and professional development.
  • Efficiency in inventory management to minimize waste and improve stock accuracy.
  • Resolve customer concerns with a focus on providing positive resolutions.
  • Uphold brand standards through meticulous store presentation.
  • Facilitate staff performance evaluations and motivate teams.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for stock procurement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Retail is an advantage
