We are searching for a passionate Guest Services Manager to elevate the guest experience at our hotel. You will coordinate front-line staff efforts, manage guest feedback and complaints, and ensure that all service areas are impeccably maintained. Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Guest Services department, including scheduling and training staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction scores, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage departmental budgets, including forecasting and expense control.
  • Develop relationships with local attractions and restaurants for guest recommendations.
  • Conduct staff training sessions on service standards and procedures.
  • Organize special events and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Training in customer service management is a plus

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in guest services management or similar role
