Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Manager in our Cape Town establishment, you will play a critical role in shaping the culinary journey of our guests. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, manage budgets and resources efficiently, and implement creative initiatives to enhance service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the food and beverage team in delivering exceptional service to guests.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and quality control.
  • Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into operations.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and address their feedback.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensure staff training and development programs are implemented and effective.
  • Foster a positive working environment that ensures staff retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications in food and beverage service are beneficial
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management
