QA Auditor

Job Description

As a QA Auditor, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all quality standards before they reach the market. You will conduct audits, develop quality metrics, and collaborate closely with the development team to address any quality issues. Your role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits for product quality and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain quality documentation to support compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to enhance understanding of quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for identified quality failures.
• Mitigate risks associated with product quality through proactive measures.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Support the implementation of new quality assurance technologies.
• Prepare for and participate in external audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Quality Assurance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related role

• Quality Management Systems
• Quality Standards (ISO, Six Sigma)

• Leadership

Certifications

• Lean Quality Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
