Job Description

As a Compliance Officer at Compliance Solutions Inc., you'll be responsible for ensuring that our operations and procedures meet regulatory standards, safeguarding our reputation and operational integrity. You’ll conduct audits, develop compliance policies, and work closely with various departments to promote a culture of compliance across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance audits across the organization.
• Formulate compliance training and support programs.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance across all functions.
• Report compliance issues and develop solutions.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing compliance measures.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and compliance developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Law, Business, etc.)
• Certification in compliance or risk management is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a compliance role or regulatory affairs
