Job Description

As a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity in our workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in diversity initiatives and will work closely with leadership to foster an inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain policies that ensure an inclusive workplace environment.
• Monitor and report on diversity metrics to measure progress against strategic goals.
• Advise and support hiring managers to ensure diverse candidate pools.
• Forge relationships with external diversity-focused organizations to enhance recruitment.
• Design and implement engagement initiatives that promote an inclusive culture.
• Drive the organization's participation in relevant diversity and inclusion awards and recognitions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Postgraduate degree in HR or Social Work is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in HR with a focus on diversity and inclusion

Languages

• English: Fluent
