Job Description

As an HR Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HR practices align with current laws and regulations. The role involves auditing policies, assisting with training, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Research and interpret labor regulations affecting the organization.
  • Develop compliance reports for senior management.
  • Support investigations of compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitate compliance training programs for new employees.
  • Promote a culture of transparency and accountability within HR.
  • Build relationships with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Compliance or related roles
