Legal Advisor

Job Description

Looking for a dedicated Legal Advisor with comprehensive knowledge in corporate law to further enhance our legal team. In this position, you will be responsible for advising on compliance issues, drafting legal documents, and representing the firm in negotiations. A strong focus on ethical practices and corporate governance will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on corporate governance and best practices.
• Assist in the development of compliance programs for various legal areas.
• Engage in negotiations with external parties on behalf of the firm.
• Prepare legal opinions and maintain legal documentation.
• Support the management team in strategic decision-making from a legal perspective.
• Monitor and report on legal risks and compliance issues to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• LLB degree from a recognized institution
• Specialization in Corporate or Compliance Law is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in legal advisory roles
