Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of corporate law and compliance, and will be tasked with providing expert legal advice to clients while managing various legal projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive legal advice on corporate governance structures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs.
• Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with legal issues.
• Prepare legal documentation and reports as required.
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver effective legal solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions on legal compliance for internal teams.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal degree
• Postgraduate qualification in Law is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a legal consultancy or corporate environment
