Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training manuals and materials.
• Develop and track metrics to assess the impact of training initiatives.
• Work closely with external training partners to deliver specialized programs.
• Attend conferences and develop professional skills to stay current with industry trends.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to employees during training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
• Certification in Training or Learning and Development

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate training or HR role
