Job Description

We are looking for a passionate HR Generalist to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our workplace culture while supporting various HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Support employee relations by addressing grievances and providing guidance on policy adherence.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to introduce them to company culture and policies.
  • Assist in developing and facilitating training workshops to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities to strengthen team cohesion.
  • Monitor HR metrics to assess departmental effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • HR-related certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
