HR Generalist

Job Description

Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Generalist in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Your expertise will be vital in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts and maintain an updated candidate database.
• Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
• Manage the employee engagement survey and implement action plans based on results.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
• Provide guidance to management on HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• HR-related certification such as CIPD or similar is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Certifications
