Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance to management.
• Draft company policies and ensure they are enforced.
• Mitigate risk by anticipating potential legal issues.
• Evaluate contracts and agreements for potential risks.
• Support the company’s growth through legal advice on new ventures.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on legal matters.
• Assist in crisis management and dispute resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate degree in Law is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial law

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
