Responsibilities

• Prepare, post, and manage journal entries in accounting software.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization meets its financial commitments.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
• Actively participate in process improvements for the accounting department.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior accounting staff.
• Attend training and workshops to enhance accounting skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Certifications such as ACCA or CIMA preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in a similar role with a strong understanding of financial regulations
